Once
you have chosen and reserved your trek, you will receive by e-mail
confirmation of the reservation, mentioning the dates, the number
of participants and the amount payable.

Payment is
possible in three different ways: via internet (in returning
the form which you will be receiving), payment by
post mat or directly via the normal telephone.

Cancellation
is not possible once payment has been received for the
treks.

At
the same time you need to apply for your visa from the
Indian Embassy in your country. Allow 15 days to obtain
same.

Your
passport must be valid for a further 6 months after your
return.

It starts by plane which takes you to the country's Hub
(the assembly point of each airline company) of the chosen airline
(Paris, London or Frankfurt). You have the possibility
to choose your day of departure if you wish to
spend a few days in New Delhi. Departure is normally
on a Saturday or a Sunday.

In
New Delhi, your are welcomed by the Indian organisers
for those going to Dharamsala or those taking the flight to
Srinagar or Leh, for those going to Kashmir, to Zanskar or
to Ladakh. At Srinagar or Leh, our Indian organisers
will receive you.

Depending on the trek, you are accompanied by our guides,
specialists of their regions. They are there to take
care of all your needs.

Each
trek includes porters, horses and necessary materials (tents,
cooking utensils and food) according to the destination.

At
the end of each stage's hike, the tents are erected and the
food prepared by our guides.

Health:
We are in isolated regions where transport is very difficult
in case of emergency. But our guides are well prepared
to handle such delicate situations.

Exchange:
Taking dollars or American Express traveller's cheques facilitates
exchange against rupees. Credit cards are not accepted
all over.

Meals:
Depending on the hikes, meals are included. Except in
town, Dharamsala, Srinagar and Leh where only breakfast is
offered. You are free to discover the food of the various
regions you will be travelling through.

the moment you arrive at the place of departure of your chosen
trek, you will be accompanied by our guides or our organisers.
