Arrive in New Delhi, then by bus to Dharamsala. |

From Mcleod Ganj to Triund (2830m): 8km in 4 to 5 hours.
Triund is a magnificent place to camp and the rest houses have been
constructed to this effect. |

From
Triund to Lahas Cave (3500m): there is 6km to cover in 4 to
5 hours. Lahas Cave is beyond the Laka glacier and can
be cold as it is above the vegetation line. |

From
Lahas Cave to Chatta Gote (3700m) through the Inderhara pass (4350m).
The distance to cover is 8km; but it is necessary to allow between
8 to 9 hour hiking as it is a steep climb and necessary to cross
some glaciers. An early start will therefore be required in
order to cross the pass. |

Chatta Gote to Kawarsi village (2730m): 12km in a 7 to 8 hour
hike. Kawarsi is a tribal village of Chamba and Bharmour. |

From
Kawarsi to Siunre (2000m). Situated in the centre of the valley
of Bharmour and on the banks of the Ravi River of Chamba, Siunre
is an ideal place to camp. The distance to cover is 11km in
5 to 6 hours. This day promises to be exciting because we are in
the middle of various tribal areas to visit. It is also an
unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the daily lives of the
natives. |

From
Siunre to Bharmour (2130m). A short march of 4 to 5 hours
for the 7km separating these two sites. Bharmour is a small
town in the tribal region of Chamba, sacred because of the 84 different
Hindu temples located there. |

Return
to New Delhi by bus and transfer to the airport for your return home. |

Remark:it
is possible to extend this trek by three extra days to the Mani
Mahes Lake of Lord Shiva.
